I dont see a problem with a managerial class that arises from its own merits on an individual basis, so long as it doesnt try to sustain itself...
which, of course, we all know they WILL do
so let the tribe select the leaders as a whole, instead of trying to create a self-sustaining class of "leaders" that call themselves managers
