Given @blocktrades unavailability presently, and the offer to replace that service this post appears to be, since I do not have a bank account and therefore cannot use an exchange, I inquire as to your willingness to accept Steem and return Hive, and what fee would be necessary.

Why can't you use an exchange?
I refuse to use banks. Citi stole $100k's from me. Banks are thieves and the courts serve to insulate them from liability for their crimes. Without a bank account there is no way to use an exchange AFAIK.
Recently I have observed large exchanges take their customers' money for the nefarious purpose of instituting centralized tyrannical control of a self governing social media platform where money is all it took to seize power. Today, instead of a decentralized and censorship resistant blockchain, it's a hive of totalitarian despotism marked by censorship and lies. You might remember that event.
No way to trust any of them, so I don't.
