RE: Imagine A Virus So Deadly That...

Imagine.
When we first started to see rumors of some deadly thing in China, and people tweeting videos of people just passing out in the streets, getting wisked away by paramedics in PPE, people getting barricaded in their homes, I checked Steem (pre-hive.) I'm thinking, there's a big Chinese community here, they'll be talking about it, right? Nope.
A few weeks later, any word from Italy? Nope. Here, a place filled with independent bloggers and vloggers who get paid when we have something to post, not a word. Not until the lockdowns started did I start to see "coronavirus" turn up results, and then everyone is just writing about their lockdown. Everywhere. Just quarantine. Not sick relatives. Not sick friends. Not health care workers battling this thing.
Sure is weird that the only evidence of a virus is what we're fed.

Sort:

I have workmate who recently returned to work after getting the Wuhan Flue. There you are. COVID-19 does exist.

Everyone knows someone who knows someone who has had CV, there you go.

Go down your contact list on your phone. Unless 1 out of every 10 contacts are currently dead from CV, this virus is a joke.
