You have a right to say "no" to the VACATION just as much as you have the right to say "yes" to the cannabis.
The Hungarian government does not agree with this. They "require" the vaccination for workers in the healthcare and education industry, and the companies also have the option to make it mandatory. Cannabis is currently completely illegal. Both the owning, growing, buying, selling, giving, receiving, and also the consuming. Currently the only exception are certain medicines with the active substances of cannabis, and only if the THC content does not exceed 0.20% THC. For example Sativex and Marinol.

Whether it's a requirement or a law, if there is no way to enforce it and the majority of people disagree, it will be effectively NULLIFIED when the majority of people say "no". That's essentially what happened in the US concerning Cannabis. This supposedly Federally controlled substance can be delivered to your door if you order online, with not a peep from any Federal agents. There are entire weed conventions in various places. It's effectively legal, while continuing to be ILLEGAL at a Federal level.
In the US, the federal mandate for vaccination is fizzling and it's going to the State level - in Michigan the State already tried with masks and failed, how much more will they fail with the needle. Hospitals and big industries have already purged the unvaccinated, and now we're hearing reports that they're trying to hire them back! Why? Because they're loosing money! Private businesses have incentive to NOT enforce unpopular mandates or laws, because ultimately businesses are in business to do business.
