How India should become the powerhouse of innovations in energy and other technologies to become the top developing country in the world. We do it by stepping up our game in R&D groups in technologies and innovations, ensuring that our products are not just cheap but of the highest quality, lasting the longest. We should set an example to the world of how we evolved after being suppressed for so long. How India became the top developing country should be the next goal for India.
Indian education should also improve, and the government should hire more civilized and decent people rather than just basing it on education. Someone who has acquired knowledge from any means and is educated enough to understand situations should be considered for hiring. Of course, for technical aspects, hiring can be based on certification, but if someone without a certificate knows the technical aspects, they should be given a chance just like the rest, or perhaps given 10% extra advantage to those with certificates. Education should not be disrupted. The fact is, new education systems should support people who cannot afford expensive education, which can still help India grow faster. The next generation will also produce even smarter generations at a faster rate, helping India advance rapidly.
When we have civilized and educated people, revenue also grows faster, making the country richer. The quality of service given to the public should remain top-notch, attracting buyers from all over the world and generating revenue. If the aim is only GDP, for me, it's more about the quality of service provided by technology, innovation, and the quality of products we produce. Whether it be in the Air Force, army, science, or FMCGs, India's mark should be quality and we should learn to give ppl jobs work according to their knowledge and abilities. and in a few cases, one or 2 will want to in the top and may have qualities and knowledge and feel they deserve to be in top they should be given a chance instead of make it even harder in most of the case those are the ones for success and can be in top but dont create a weird senseless hardest ways to teach them try moderate ways first and do it according to the person then by rules the results will be much better.
Space, water, and desert explorations are also needed. I have not heard of one major desert exploration. If most of the deserts were once oceans, that means nature has made our job easier. When we explore oceans with water to find the surface, why not explore deserts? We should create a device that can see what's under deserts, similar to ocean exploration.
Final thought: Improve our R&D and create loads of smart people who can develop the best new products, whether in science or agriculture. The science department of innovation should be the first priority. To create smart people from middle and lower-class backgrounds, we should not judge them based on their basic human needs or deprive them of them in the name of creating the best smart people. Real emotions and the way they live matter as long as they are not harming anyone. Guide them, as freedom is as important as their education. If they don’t feel free, they will never fly. To create a good, decent generation, we need to make them feel special and valued while they are on earth so they can feel good and create a better world.
This is not only for the poor but also for the super-rich who have tools and resources to make decisions for humanity. Don’t be limited to only thinking about your own DNA; increase your perspective and think about the whole world. Treat everyone as if they were your children and provide them with the best options possible. This will help the country grow faster while still allowing the rich to get richer and influencers to gain.
I am not saying to disrupt the entire economy or ecosystem, but we should build some ecosystems that last longer, ensuring we don’t have to worry about petty issues like insecurity. This can only be achieved with quality, marketing, and some FOMO, which any company can achieve when we all decide to create products that last longer and have the best shelf life possible with top quality. We should think about this from the DNA level; only then can we achieve being among the global leaders.
I see some people who feel proud to say they know only one language. In some countries or states, people say, "We only speak Tamil and don’t encourage other languages." I feel they should not take pride in knowing just one language. If you think that way, you’re not going to help your street, state, or country. It shows a lack of education about language. The smarter you want to be, the more languages you should learn. Learning more than one language makes you smarter, not dumber.
We live in an age of surveillance, where the whole world is watching each other, and almost all countries are developing and becoming more civilized. No country will invade another, as leaders are now answerable to the public. Even in cases where regions separate, it will only happen if the public wants it. Thinking that a few strangers will come and take over your country in this modern surveillance age is not possible. So, don’t be afraid of people who don’t speak your language. They are the same as you, mostly from your own country, with the same human emotions. Try to expand your perspective with knowledge—it will help your country grow faster.
