Leadership is not determined by the position one occupy, leadership is action based, it is the ability to turn disadvantages to advantages. It is the ability to achieve small things to amount to big things. Leadership is a systematic way of handling responsibilities, challenging every wrong with the sole aim of correcting them to achieve the group's interest.
