Steps on using your Internal Alarm Clock

  1. Turn off your phone

  2. Right before going to bed Be Silent. "Set" the time that you want to wake up at. For example, if you want to wake up at 7, "Set" 7 in your mind.

  3. Once you set the alarm, Be Still.

  4. Wake up

I do this! Most of the time it works. But if I have a very important meeting, I still set an alarm, or else I worry that I won't wake up on time.
