@cheetah is a long running bot that goes and compares posts with other media and suggests if things might have been plagiarised.
I don't know if this account is run by Mike Williams (SageOfQuay). He doesn't seem to be interacting with it. But, it is just a link to his ThemTube videos. Or reposting his videos on DTube.
