I would suggest to @ablie to post some new photos and something with the date visible. Also, it would help if @future24 would state that his content was re-used with their permission.
There isn't always going to be a clear cut resolution to these situations. There is no proof that "ablie" is "future24" or vice versa. Curators will have to judge for themselves.

It was an idea from me to help him and now I added the pictures for him at his own blog, but they are not the same, it are new pictures.
