FYI... this steemit post is, in fact, an edited version of an article I initially posted on my LinkedIn page. By way of introducing myself to the Steemit community, I'm moving a few previous posts to Steem. I am also (and primarily) publishing new original content here. But I'd welcome feedback from experienced Steemians regarding the practice of re-posting original content initially posted outside Steem. I'm excited about the potential to explore the new social architectures and ways of interacting that Steem fosters and would appreciate guidance on Steem cultural norms.
