Hi there, I'm Martina Inkábová, an 18-year-old student from Slovakia who is passionate about IT and sustainability. I'm currently studying IT at a secondary vocational school, and I'm working hard to acquire IT certifications. In my free time, I volunteer for various environmental NGOs, and I'm always looking to learn and gain new experiences.
My interest in IT began when I was in high school, and I became fascinated by the impact that technology has on our daily lives and the potential it holds for creating a better future. I believe that technology can play a vital role in creating a sustainable future, and this belief has motivated me to pursue a career in IT.
My focus right now is on acquiring IT certifications that will help me develop the skills I need to make a positive impact in the industry. I'm also passionate about environmental issues, and I'm actively involved in volunteering for various NGOs. I believe that the internet plays a big role in creating a sustainable future, and I'm excited to explore how technology can be used to solve environmental challenges.
Right now, I'm actually in Vienna as part of the Erasmus+ program. It is an incredible opportunity to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
During this program, I'm working in teams with other students to help companies with their projects. It is an exciting challenge to work collaboratively with people from different backgrounds and cultures. We have the opportunity to learn valuable information about project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Being in Vienna is also an incredible cultural experience. The city is full of history, art, and architecture, and I enjoy exploring it in my free time. I also have the chance to meet new people and make connections with professionals in my field.
Overall, this program is an enriching experience, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to be a part of it. It's opened my eyes to new possibilities and helped me develop valuable skills that I can apply to my future career in IT and sustainability.
In addition to my passion for IT and environmental issues, I'm also an avid plant lover. I have many houseplants that I adore, and I find taking care of them to be therapeutic and enjoyable.
As I've become more aware of the impact that our daily habits have on the environment, I've become interested in the idea of zero-waste living. I believe that reducing our waste and consumption can have a significant positive impact on the planet, and I'm always looking for ways to incorporate zero-waste practices into my lifestyle.
For example, I try to use reusable bags, water bottles, and containers instead of disposable ones whenever possible. I also recycle, compost, and repurpose items to reduce the amount of waste I produce.
I believe that small changes in our daily habits can add up to make a big difference in creating a more sustainable future. That's why I'm excited to continue learning and exploring different ways to live a more eco-friendly lifestyle.
Writing this blog is a new experience for me, but I'm eager to learn and share my thoughts and ideas with others. I hope that through this blog, I can connect with like-minded individuals and continue to grow both personally and professionally. Thank you for taking the time to read about me, and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me!
