Hi there and congrats on starting your SteemIt journey. When you say "get helped by all the old members" I'm sure you didn't mean the people that are old like me, but the ones who have been around on the Steem blogging platform. I don't know all the lingo myself and have no idea what a block chain is. There are many terms like that that I have no idea what they mean but I do like to share info.
