¡Mi iniciación en Steemit! ¡Mi Post introductorio! ¡Mi disyuntiva!

Mi nombre es Sebastian, tengo 27 años, soy de Mérida, Venezuela, conocí Steemit gracias a un amigo lingüista hacia traducciones del ingles al español. Durante un tiempo me habló de lo interactivo y diverso de la comunidad. Aunque no pensaba escribir ahora por cuestiones de tiempo, decidí hacerlo cuando descubrí algunos posts de cosas que me apasionan y además saber que puedes aportar, que lo compartido pueda ser votado si es de calidad, a la vez poder interactuar con muchas personas interesantes y aprender muchas cosas. En definitiva, ¡No podía dejar de hacerlo!

Ya que mi primera pasión es tocar Batería, con ello por supuesto la Música, y por otro lado la Cocina y todo el mundo de la Gastronomía, me encontraba entonces en una disyuntiva al tener que escoger entre ellas para dedicarle más tiempo a una.

No podía abandonar ninguna, simplemente debía organizarme. Tomo la decisión de empezar con Temas culinarios debido a que el público es mucho más grande, actualmente estoy viendo clases de cocina en una escuela que te acredita como Chef Internacional, y estoy en un aprendizaje permanente.

Mi empeño estará en que los Posts sean cada vez mas útiles e interesantes, siempre esperando mejorar con comentarios y sugerencias de los Steemians.

En mis Posts encontrarás entonces distintas recetas: para celíacos, técnicas de cocción a la brasa, asados, ahumados, pastas, postres, tips indispensables que deberías saber en cocina, platos de distintas gastronomías. También me interesa mucho el tema de la comida sana, comida regenerativa.

¡Ah!, Sobre la Música, la Batería y la Percusión escribiré pronto, por ahora, para no menospreciar ésta otra parte, postearé alguna foto de mi hierro, mi Batería.

Es una Yamaha Stage Custom, de gama media alta, ideal para grabar y estudios de grabación.
