I agree so much more could be done with this. As someone brand new to steemit, what i dont care for about it is that it mainly just appears to be a bunch of blogs. Why is there no video platform to replace youtube? And more than that, why not just make it encompass all versions of social media somehow like an all in one deal? Maybe it can currrently do more and i just dont have it figured out yet and if thats the case than it needs to be more user friendly. Either way, huge potential moving forward.

I think having multiple platforms for different types of media is more ideal than having ALL features on one site.
If we make EVERYTHING available on here, there would be content overload haha
