Yay! I will go have coffee with you sooner or later @artemislives, but was adviced to not go to CM right now because of burning season, but maybe it's not that bad. :) I have heard so much of Chiang Mai though, from digital nomadism to fruit family to elephant retirement home nearby. :)
Upvoted this one, remind me of when i built house in South Africa, mine was more primitive though and never got completed haha. But the spirit seemed similar!
