Hola mi gente de Steemit mi nombre es Daniel Camacho, vivo en una ciudad muy al Sur de Venezuela llamada San Fernando, en el estado Apure.
Mi ciudad se encuentra rodeada por el enorme río Apure, uno de los más majestuosos ríos de nuestro país.
Soy periodista por lo que amo escribir, pero principalmente me dedico al mundo de la actividad física como entrenador personal. Me especializo en entrenamiento de poblaciones especiales (personas con discapacidad intelectual, mujeres embarazadas, tercera edad, entre otros). Me considero un apasionado de las ciencias aplicadas al movimiento, por lo que siempre estoy en constante aprendizaje e impartiendo conocimiento como una forma de promover el ejercicio saludable, lo que me lleva a querer compartir con ustedes todo lo que he aprendido durante estos años.
Además del mundo del deporte, la salud y la nutrición estoy involucrado en un movimiento benéfico que desarrolle junto a familiares y amigos, llamado Pancita Llena Venezuela. Donde realizamos trabajos sociales e intentamos apoyar a los más afectados por la situación en nuestro país, principalmente niños. Costantemente repartimos comida, juguetes, medicinas a pacientes y familiares del Hospital Pablo Acosta Ortiz, así como también a personas en condición de extrema pobreza.

Ser entrenador, dedicarme al bienestar y a la vida saludable me llevó poco a poco a ir mejorando la forma en la que me alimento, hoy día soy vegetariano, me encanta la cocina y hasta hace unos meses mi alimentación fue totalmente vegana pero tuve que hacer un paréntesis en el veganismo por la situación país, así que estaré trayendo algunas recetas y consejos de como mantener una dieta a base de plantas, sobre todo para los deportistas.
