RE: Hello Steemit World, Let Us Introduce Our Mission, One Family At a Time

Just yesterday, the sermon at my church talked about serving others. I'm reminded of what Jesus said:

For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ And the King will answer them, Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’
-Matthew 25.31-40

It's always great to see how this is carried out across the world. Keep up the good work!

Yes it is really important, especially these days, when we see the world is dimmed further by wars and rumours of wars, disasters and everything that is right is wrong; and wrong is deemed right.
Thank you so much for your support @ethandsmith . Let's continue to help make this world a little brighter with our tiny little lights. :)

Every little thing helps, especially distributing food. I did a blog a while back about a program I support that helps the Native American communities with day-to-day needs. It's always important to give of what we have in order to help others.
