Era un desastre cuando le tocaba hablar de sí misma.
Se convertía en un ser totalmente ajeno en su vida, alguien a quien veía cada día pero con el que jamás había tenido la oportunidad de entablar una conversación para conocerle mejor. ¿Quién era ella realmente? Más allá de detalles básicos (nombre, apellido, fecha de nacimiento y que tenía lunar muy cerquita de la boca por herencia familiar), no sabía nada. ¿Qué le gustaba realmente? ¿Cómo era su personalidad? ¿Era el rosa su color favorito o solo lo era porque el día desde que había amanecido le había sonreído, pero luego mañana con la lluvia lo sería el azul? Que terrible era presentarse uno mismo sin sentir que se daban datos engañosos sobre un ser imaginario. Por eso dejaba que fuese su arte (intento fallido pero arte de igual modo), el que hablase por ella y le mostrase al mundo quién era en realidad: —“alma rota repleta de flores, amante de hermosas palabras engañosas e infantiles dibujos de tonos rosa”.
Mandy, nacida en un país que se perdió con los años llamado Venezuela. A veces escribo, a veces dibujo, y a veces me gusta hablar de mi misma en tercera persona —porque siempre es más fácil analizarse desde una perspectiva muy lejana.

te entiendo totalmente.. me uni a Steemit en abril y ayer escribi mi primer post sin saber que existia la etiqueta de introduceyourself! fue un poco desdesperante hablar de mi misma, y yo me siento segura de lo que soy y lo que me gusta.. pero no se! simplemente no se hablar de mi.. tambien soy de Venezuela.. si quieres pasas y ves mi post (el unico hasta ahora) y me dices que tal..
Los nervios a veces influyen por más seguro que uno se encuentre consigo mismo. Es como un caos interno de “¿qué puedo decir sobre mí?”, y son tantas las cosas que se piensan que uno se queda en blanco.
