Introduction all details about me:
I am Faisal Usman aged 22. I have been a hardworking student. I cleared a tough exam of engineering almost 5 years ago. I got admission in one of the top Engineering universities of my country and I completed my degree in time. Now I am an Engineer with good grades and good degree. However, real story of hardship and struggle begins below.
The person who gets off the Canvas and keeps improving himself will be successful soon.
Struggle and Hardship in university life. I never let University to get in the way of my education.
I scored very good marks in my Pre Engineering classes. My heart was in Computer software ( strictly speaking I am not into computer hardware) from day one. However, I was unlucky that I secured admission in Mechanical Engineering. That was the extreme bad luck in my whole life. The reason why I got admission into Mechanical engineering was, it was and is the top merit engineering field. We are some how supposed to go to school, we are supposed to do our home work, we are supposed to score good marks, supposed , supposed and so many supposed. So, that was the supposed that take me into Mechanical Engineering.
Things I learnt along with my Engineering books
From the day one I was intrigued how we interact with computers. Long story short I learnt programming languages like C++, C#, Java and android in the first year at my stay in University. These took a lot of effort I don't know why I was learning this stuff and where I could use this in future. However, the thing is I learnt the stuff. The interesting thing is I used to teach the students of software department how the things work. I often complete their assignment and I help them in understanding the things. The thing helped me so much that I scored straight A in all software and programming related subjects in mechanical engineering.
Second year at Engineering University
In second year I came to know about Search Engine Optimization(SEO). I was so crazy at that time that I not only learnt a lot of things regarding SEO but also applied them in reality. On page, Off page, Backlinking, article writing, proof reading and lot of other things I do to make a blog. However, in few months I came to know about how the whole system works. So, I found a short cut method to create more content that not only ranked easily but also attracts user attention. However, that was a sort of spamming I don't want to share. Long story short I earned a lot of money from blogging, spamming and manipulating the adsense policies. Apart from these when the thirst for money increased I also started and worked as a graphic designer, SEO guy, article writer and other sort of these things. I made more than 5 blogs on different niches. Each blog has more than 100 posts. SO you can imagine the amount of time I spent to write the content. However, my main niche was Camera reviews, news and rumors.
Second year was most exciting year of my life. In this year I also started doing some illegal stuff I don't wanted to share details. However, I got out of this stuff very soon. I wasted some portion of my earning in this stuff. This stuff was amazing but I don't liked it personally because of constant stress. So, I left it.
Third year
In third year my business for SEO flopped. In other words my method of spamming was over and I also got tired of SEO stuff. So, my elder brother bring me into the trading side. Trading seems the most easiest we need just to sell and buy. However, trading especially forex trading is one of the most difficult business in the world. Long story short I learnt the whole of system. I corrected my psychology to be a Professional trader. Long story short I took a way more struggle and effort to be successful in trading. I never earned a penny in my third year from forex trading. Ofcourse there are lot of mistakes I made as a Forex newbie trader. So, basically the topic will be too long to finish. I will may be made another post on that.
However, by the passage of time. I made my mind that I will be a professional and successful trader. I aimed towards it. I worked hard but no result in third year. No incoming money. However, I was a determined person and I was determined to say that It is not finished until I get what I need. So, I worked even harder in fourth year.
Fourth Year:
The last year of my hostel life. I got bad habits of playing cards for hours and hours all night. My socialism grew. It is true some body ever said, " The person hollow inside has a lot of friends". You need to accomplish a task quick do it alone. However, if you wanted to cover a long path of hardships and struggle towards your aim take some good companion with you.
I was in depression. I worked as an Uber driver, home tutor and wasted much of my time in playing poker and cards. At last after wasting a month in physical business I came to know nothing can replace forex trading in term of earning potential. So, I followed the forex trading once again and this time I get it right. I am not saying that 2 trades went in profit and I am a profitable trader. However, there is a lot of small details on how I spot the faults, switched the strategy, understood the roles of banks and smart money, spot the smart money and followed them. I done 3 months of practice and test the accuracy of my system. However, long story short I now depends upon my forex trading for living.
End of Engineering Degree:
Apart from these things I also studied, not hard an average and cleared the degree with normal grades. I scored 70%. My average marks dropped from 90% to 70% in four years. However, I am happy with my grades.
Motivation Part:
Some of the things that I have noticed in my personal life and heard also from some speakers I can't remember their names although. The point is don't go for exact wordings but try to grasp the concept behind the words.
- Never let School or college or University get in the way of your education. School education is entirely different thing. The education you need to make money is different from what is taught in school.
- Try to learn some sort of skill that can help you in future. Don't waste time. A knowledge gained is never wasted.
- If you aimed high and missed like I missed in my third year no problem. However, it should be real problem if you aimed high and missed.
- The education taught in school is there to make you an average person. The person who could fit into the mechanical life. The person who could listen some harsh words from his senior and utter these harsh words to juniors to attain the best work out put. School or college teaches you some thing to make you an average person, to make a servant who could run the already established system under the supervision of his boss. Ever heard some PhD degree holder became the top richest person in the world? All the top richest persons were college dropout. I don't mean to say don't get education. Point is get the education that can help you achieve your dreams and aim. Never let the school be in between you and your education. Point is you need a skill, focus on that skill to be a master of that skill, practice hard and again and again, till no one beats you in your skill. In this way you will make an impact in your life and you will not be dependent on 9 to 5 job. These lines are the most important lines of whole context.
- Last but not least, Make sure what you do, do it with heart. If some thing after some time loose your interest don't do that. You will not be a master no matter what in that thing. Better leave it. Do the things where your passion is. Follow your passion. In sense of money 200$ from some thing you like to do is worth more than 10000$ from some thing, where you lack interest. Money won't bring you self content and peace of mind. This was you will make a big impact in your life some day.
Conclusion:
I am not bragging about my self. However, it is 100% real story. My main focus wasn't to make my self famous and internet celebrity. Man I don't. You even don't need to read whole story just read the motivation lines. Man these lines will help you or your kids. These are based from personal experience and 100% true according to my situation.
