Me llamo Esmeiky Gracía Solas.. nacionalidad cubana..Vivo en la Habana. Tengo 47 años.
Siempre de adolescente critiqué a las personas que no controlaban su alimentación y pasaban a ser obesas.Ahora miro hacia atrás y veo q muchas veces mantener el peso depende no sólo de nuestra voluntad, porque la vida es un zigzag de acontecimientos, de retos, los cuales los enfrentamos como podemos porque nadie es igual a nadie,lo importante es vivir con amor y por amor.
Me sumo a este grupo para lograr mejorar mi IMC...peso 78 kilos y mido 1;64 para un IMC de 29,10...Quisiera lograr perder 5 kg en un plazo de dos meses..para empezar claro..Estoy en el bordeline de la obesidad y como médico sé todos los riesgos q esto conlleva.
Se q me será difícil...porque todo lo que más engorda me gusta pero cuento con la voluntad de mejorar mi calidad de vida y el apoyo de mi familia.
Para ello cuento con @actifit y su excelente comunidad. Un gran abrazo.

En realidad no es tan difícil rebajar sólo hay que tener disciplina. Hacer ejercicios cada otro día por treinta minutos con pesas por lo menos de tres a cuatro veces a la semana y tendrá resultados. Todo lo resto me imagino que lo sabra por su profesión. Las pesas es lo mejor que hay para poner el cuerpo femenino como desee y luego puede comer sin estrictas medidas. Esa es mi receta para usted. ;)
