Saludos a la comunidad de Hive!
Mi nombre es Hector Parada, tengo 26 años y soy estudiante de ingeniería de mantenimiento mecánico, próximamente a graduarme sin importar las circunstancias actuales, nací y crecí en Venezuela, estoy por realizar mis planes de migrar a otro país para una mejor calidad de vida.
De mi puedo contar que fuera de mis intereses por mi carrera me gusta el cine, la música, la buena comida, etc. Desde adolescente soy aficionado al rock y metal, aunque nunca aprendí a tocar un instrumento musical nunca es tarde para empezar. Fanático de Marvel en cuanto a películas, series y comics.
Quisiera compartir en este blog algo de mi conocimiento tanto técnico en mi área de la ingeniería, como personal, sobre experiencias vividas y también hablarles sobre lo que ha sido mi vida en Venezuela y mis planes a futuro en otro paìs.

I can tell you that I enjoy movies, music, nice food, and other things. Since I was a teenager I listen to rock and heavy metal, even though I never learn how to play a guitar or anything, but is never too late to start. Big fan of Marvel’s Movies, TV shows and comics.
I’d like to share in this blog some of my technical and personal knowledge, experiences of life and also talk to you about my life in Venezuela and future plans out of the country.

For giftgiver, as long as you are below the RC threshold, and aren't on any blacklists that we use, you'll receive the delegation.
What about brand new users with zero HP that just wrote an introductory post?
HiveBlocks shows the user has no HP and that it was created by esteemapp which is a legitimate app.

PS: A user named @sergiomarquina recommended that I give the GiftGiver link to new users with no HP.
Yup, they can use it no problem. They won’t be blacklisted and if they are under the RC limit, they can easily get it.
@giftgiver is providing a wonderful service for brand new users.
I don't understand why the dapps create accounts with no HP. I suspect that we have lost hundreds of potential new users because of this practice.
It becomes very expensive to give out delegations to every single user. We give 20 HP delegations(about $6 worth). A new dAPP that has just 1,000 new users will need $6,000 worth of Hive to delegate. That gets very very expensive very quick and most of the people making dApps are just regular people who are doing it for the love of it(profit is hard to achieve).

Why does esteemapp create accounts without an HP delegation?
These people can't post. They can't upvote. They are just stuck. One with think that with the 3% of rewards that esteemapp takes that they could give a 15HP delegation.
Everyone with +3000 HP can create accounts with zero hivepower. Next step on Hive is to share Resource Credits instead Hivepower for free. You need resource credits to create publications and comments. We had delegated 20 HP to this user until he achieve 30 HP.

Thanks for giving the user a delegation. Having resource credits connected to HP isn't a problem.
The hard part is educating new users on the importance of HIVE POWER.
IMHO, the best way to approach HIVE is to buy enough HP so that the account has the influence the blogger desires. They should then start drawing down their HP.
Unfortunately, this is a difficult message to convey.
