Greetings steem folk,
I live out in the countryside and work on a gigantic weed farm. I make knives, leather pouches, play classical guitar, farm and raise children. I'm sort of a weird lookin' guy but don't be scared.
I'm an avid researcher and grower of medicinal plants and love to test them out on myself. I am my own guinea pig (sometimes my friends WILLINGLY take my concoctions).
One of my little dreams is to have a tea farm here in Oregon. I already have a small patch and am looking for investors to grow the patch and start producing lots of tea.
You might see me down by the river or in the woods and even at grandmother's house smoking a tobacco pipe.
I love what's going on here on the steemit, all the sharing of information and beauty. Glad to be part of the steem team.

Congrats on all the love you are getting. I don't know what you would charge for some of your creations, but I would consider listing some items with the option to purchase them in SBD. Or custom make them for whatever dollar amount you find fair. :) Best of luck (And @berniesanders is one of my most favorite whales!)
Thanks bendj the love feels good. My soul is warmer now believe it or not. I can make you a knife however you want, just let me know. I usually sell them for $60-$90 depending on the materials and complexity.
I will definitely keep that in mind! Id suggest you do either a video or Photo series about how you make each item. Absolutely brilliant work. I feel like you could make some amazing photos pairing up some of your different works

Thank you gikitiki. There is a wide variety of trees where I live and I use whatever is pruned each year. Huckleberry, willow, cedar, doug fir, walnut and hickory to name a few. For the pipes I use pear and apple wood for the most part. It tastes great when smoking!

EDIT: I spoke with the owner of the weed farm where I work today and although it is a legal, recreational growsite, he does not want images of the farm posted on social media... yet. For now, just imagine a field of weed..
