It's my love's Birthday this month on 18th July. I am planning to gift her Mechanical Hand Wind Watch

It's above my budget :(
It's cost is around 20000 Indian national rupee (INR) or 310 USD.
Being a student I cannot arrange this much money but I really want to gift her this watch.
