RE: Announcing The @bund Project

in #introduceyourself6 years ago (edited)

I must say, I am excited to learn about this project. The reason for which people become inactive after a short while on steemit is "lack of acknowledgement" as you pointed out. They conclude that there's nothing special out here and thereafter return to their previous social media base of which they had the attention they so desired.

However, if only they had the right orientation on how they could make their voice heard and their content seen, they probably would have been able to take the steemit community one step further in the right direction.

Organizations such as @curie and @ocd existed(and still exists) for this purpose; However with the growth of these bodies as well as any such body, the bars become higher over time. The conditions and requirements surrounding their reward grant has become too tight, and consequently the new struggling minnows trying to pitch their voice here becomes totally ignored.

I really do anticipate how this community hopes to solve these issues. A head start overview I'll be appreciated.

Hey @johnesan, we think one of the reasons for this is the Steemit's slogan; Come for the rewards, stay for the community. If one doesn't get the reward, he then feels cheated. With communities around the platform though, it makes curation simpler. Just stick around to see what the project would accomplish.
