Help! I can't figure out how to post my verification photo

I know this is a stupid question but I've been trying for 30 minutes. Can someone tell me how to post this photo? I tried the instructions on Markdown and couldn't figure it out. UGH.

Use an image hosting site. My preference is: https://ipfs.pics. But you can search more if you would like a wider choice of options. Thanks!

use www.steemimg.com. Upload your photo. Get the photolink and paste it in a new post.
