⭐ Nr.1: Uber and Lyft are planning to offer shares to their drives of their upcoming IPOs.
It is said that these ride hailing rivals are setting programmes that will enable their drivers who have logged a lot of trips and have been working for the companies for a long time to use their earned cash to buy stocks at the IPO price.
Now, Uber and Lyft have not confirmed this news but how cool would it be if it were true 🍷. Lyft would be going public in March and Uber will be following later this year, if all goes well 🙏.
⭐ Nr. 2: Facebook is working on its own cryptocurrency.
Like many other internet messaging companies, Facebook has joined the movement and is allegedly secretly working on a cryptocurrency that users of WhatsApp (owned by Facebook) could send to their family and friends instantly. in general, this would solidify the relevance of cryptocurrencies on our daily routines further. However, is the currency also going to somehow be used on Facebook and Instagram? It is going to be used for other services? How does it simplify the whole transaction and payment process in comparison to other existing crypto currencies? 🤔🤔🤔. Well 🤷 i guess we'll just have to wait and see 🤷.
