My own personality.

My personality is portrayed by what I live for, I am a young lady of 25 who might love her character shrouded reason being (just scroll lil more to know the reason behind 'why') I was invited by a dear friend who disclosed to me I can share my secrets to the world and still stay anonymous . I am a young lady who has been wronged by individuals she thought could love and protect her. My personality is just described by not being friendly but rather peevish at anything. I wish to be happy someday. I love love love lemon garlic asparagus pasta..

Understanding the cognitive theories of personality;

Cognitive theories of personality concentrate on the processes of information encoding, recovery and the role of expectations, thought processes, objectives and beliefs in the advancement of style personality qualities. The Nomothetic approach to personality;

Nomothetic view otherwise called trait approach looks all inclusive laws of conduct. Having the capacity to foresee conduct is a noteworthy point and result of a thought. Psychologist adopting this approach hold that traits are sources of human personality. A trait is thought to be any persevering qualities of a person that is moderately steady and influence behaviour in a specific bearing. Scholar embracing this approach trust that personality is reliable, to a great extent acquired and controlled by hereditary qualities and biochemistry of our brains.

The biological approach to personality;

Psychologist Hans Eysenck trusts that hereditary qualities are the essential determinate of personality, despite the fact that he thinks conditioning also plays a role. Personality traits are hierarchical according to Eysenck, with a couple of essential qualities offering ascend to vast exhibit of more shallow attributes. Genetically determined differences in physiological functioning make a few people more powerless against behavioral conditioning.

My biological approach to my personality which shows that I'm genetically vulnerable to behavioral conditioning. However I am making an attempt(seeing a therapist) to overcome such vulnerability.

According to Eysenck, he recommends that introverts have larger amounts of physiological arousal which enables them to be adapted by environmental stmuli all the more effortlessly. Along these lines, such individuals grow more restraints which make them more timid and uneasy in social situation.

Behaviorist theory of personality.

B.F. Skinner recommended that our differences as far as we can tell are the primary purpose for our individual differences in our behaviour. Furthermore, we take in these patterns of behaviour either directly or indirectly. Skinner believed that it is just human instinct that we carry on in such a way we would get rewards or favorable things. Skinner likewise believed that the environment determines behavior.

What causes personality?

According to research, genetics, abuse, other factors with different variables add to the development of obsessive-compulsive, narcissistic or other personality disorders. For genetic : a group has distinguished a malfunctioning gene that may be a factor in obsessive-compulsive disorder.

I got a big ego, such a huge ego!!!

Mine was as a result of coming from an abusive home. The rest? I will keep it to myself till I'm bold enough to face it.

My own rundown and from what I researched so far, personality isn't dictated by any single quality but rather by the activities of numerous genes working. There are so many factors that determines personality and it depends on the particular personality can one state the exact theory regarding that personality.
