Hey @schererf, good eye :) A friend left his at my house for a couple weeks-- that thing is amazing! Now I have his Roland D-50. Have you used it? I'm trying to find a video of this patch that I think is so beautiful called Soundtrack...

A friend of mine had a DX7, we used it for one of our music projects. But this is really a long time ago. But if you believe it or not, I still own a D50 too :-)
I'm a ROLAND fan starting with the D10, then bought a second-hand D50 and at least used a XV-5080. But after getting dusty I sold the XV-5080 weeks ago.
I remember the Soundtrack patch that uses fifth notes and an changing HiPass Filter or something like that...
