Like a lot of people on here posting articles and blogs, I am also too socially awkward and shy to show my face to the camera's of steemit, youtube and other video blogging alternatives, all to the point that just the idea of it makes my palms sweaty. However the anonymity of posting a faceless blog makes me excited and the ease of sharing and throwing my random ideas, thoughts and beliefs into the wilderness of the web for all to read and judge makes me eager to just post everything that comes to mind.
So my name is Lachlan, I am from a town called Nowra on the east coast of Australia and if you've manage to keep reading this far I thankyou because it took me twenty eight hours to decide what I would first write about. I also changed the title twice while writing the first paragraph and erased the first sentence multiple times. I have no faith in my writing but also have nothing to lose, so here goes.
I hope to gain the interest of people through these blogs and in turn gain some self-confidence to lead up to my first video blog sometime in the future.
I apologize now for any changes in my writing style as I've never been huge on writing and I am yet to get my footing with it. I want to connect with everyday people and share my opinion on all subjects all while telling my story to you. I can imagine by this point you may be still wondering who I am, what I do and what relevance it might have to you but that is all for a later post!
I intend on talking about events in my daily life, past, present and future but will also mention subjects from crypto currencies to sports and science. I hope you all stick around for more, thanks for now!

I'm @andyluy and I've been here for almost 2 months, and I can tell you that steemit is the most amazing thing I've ever seen at the internet so far. I'm happy seeing it grows every day!
