Im also new. Just look for the photo contests. @juliank #photocontest @kalemandra #colorchallenge @yourluckyphotos @jamtaylor @daveks (this week the theme this week is broken and worn) @kus-knee - just check them out, and post your photos with the tags related to the contests.
I think it's best for the beginning. Check other people who are into photography. That's all.
