This new girl that I’ll be talking to you about just joined the community last month! Second semester of her third year in the University of the Philippines Mindanao recently ended. She’s taking up Bachelor of Science in Architecture and somehow still surviving.
Here’s an artwork she made around 2 am. This was the result of sleeping around 4 pm to 7 pm. She have nothing to do during her summer break plus @mantillax keeps on ignoring her messages. Speaking of the username I just mentioned, that fellow steemian was the one who invited this new girl here in the steemit community. So thanks @mantillax!
I guess you got the hint of the new girl’s name already based on the artwork she made, right?
Monica, from his father’s name which is Raymund and Marielle from her mother’s name, Maria Elvie. Monica’s one of the results of the love between a military officer and a nurse. The other results are named Joanne Maureen (rightmost in the pic below), Jana Roselle (second from the left side) and Faye Valerie (between Joanne and Jana).
Monica, or Mona, as what her close friends call her is interested in many things like:
- Traveling
This photo was taken during a fieldtrip in Cebu. What she loves about her course is that she get to travel to places and witness historical and mesmerizing structures.
And this photo was one of the many she have taken during her recent travel wherein she joined the Anthology: Architecture Design and Festival last February 2018 in Intramuros.
- Makeup
She totally loves makeup! Not just because it covers her blemishes and eyebags but because she enjoys the process of applying it.
Food
Uhm who doesn't like food?
Beach
A trip to the beach is what Monica always look forward to during summer break or when she wants to destress. The pic above was taken in Alorro Beach Resort in Samal after a stressful design plate.
