My Introduceyourself @MOTIVATIONDOCTOR....inspired to inspire others.....

Hi great people of this platform and it's a good thing to be here, and to also be a part of this wonderful block-chain that has been growing. It's such a big honor. Thanks to the creators of this platform @ned and @dan as well as other stakeholders.

I will like to be known as THE EAGLE your @motivationdoctor because that's exactly who I am and what I intend to achieve with my presence on this great and unique platform. The reason for this name is not far-fetched. It was gotten from my desire to help people get out their moody (sorry) and self-pity mode anytime they are faced with one difficulties or the other, and also that they can start believing in what they can do with their lives if only they keep giving it a try until they are able to hit their target.

Though, it may look as if they are not making any progress in the short-run, but if you really look at it at the long-run, then you will agree with me that progress is actually evident.

I have also come to the realization that a lot of people are going through one level of stress or the other, in which they really need some kind of motivation either through self-motivation or someone somewhere helping them to get back on their feet (remember the movie "STELLA GOT HER GROOVE BACK). They just needed to get their groove back and start making progress once again.

THE EAGLE

and why that name;

First and foremost, the Eagle has the longest life-span of its species. It can live up to 30 years. Meaning is a UNIQUE bird that does his things in a unique ways different from other species like him. But to reach this level of uniqueness and age as a bird, the eagle need make some hard decisions. In other words... 10 years after he should have died due to this following reasons;

* It’s long and flexible talons can no longer grab prey which serves as food. Its long and sharp beak becomes bent. * Its old, aged and heavy wings, due to their thick feathers, stick to its chest and make it difficult to fly”and so on.

The eagle still keeps growing stronger and stronger because of his self-motivated desire to live rather than die.

"Then, the eagle is left with only two options: DIE or go through a painful process of CHANGE which lasts 150 days. The process requires that the eagle fly to a mountaintop and sit on its nest. There the eagle knocks its beak against a rock until it plucks it out. Then the eagle will wait for a new beak to grow back..." An eagle's beak is made of keratin, like human fingernails. Like our fingernails, an eagle's beak is constantly growing. Eagles tear at tough foods and wipe their beaks against hard objects like branches or even rocks to keep them clean. This process also helps keep the beak in magnificent shape throughout an eagle's entire life. The loss of a beak in the wild would be certain death to any bird of prey. "...and then it will pluck out its talons"

Kindly note that the process mentioned above is a very painful and horrible exercise for the bird called Eagle, but because of the will to live and keep surviving. Then he keeps on facing all the odds.

the talons are also made of keratin, like human fingernails. And so the talons too are constantly growing. Grabbing and killing prey keeps the talons sharp as well as prevents them from becoming too long. If they got soft, there would be something seriously wrong with the bird. The talons are what an eagle uses to catch food. To pluck them out would not only be extremely difficult and painful, but would also take away their ability to provide food for themselves. And, most importantly, when a raptor loses a talon in this fashion, it is possible it will not grow back and the loss of blood can be horrific. Therefore, it would die of starvation even if it survived the likely infection caused by "plucking out" its talons. When its new talons grow back, the eagle starts plucking its old, aged feathers and the process is called MOLTING. Most birds experience this processing of molting in different ways depending on the kinds of birds they are. Even among various kinds of Eagles, the case differs. But let it be knows that without feathers, a bird is unable to fly. If they cannot fly they cannot hunt for food or escape predators that cross their path. Both cases would obviously lead to the death of the bird.

Now, why all this stories about the bird called Eagle? The answer is very simple. They always endure a lot of tough processes through their life span but due to their SELF-MOTIVATED tendencies; an eagle never stops soaring higher. Through the storm and any weather, you will always find them soaring higher even till death.
In life, I have passed through a lot of stormy weather (troubles) but I never gave up at any point because I believe so much in the fact that those things am experiencing are temporal and what lies ahead should be my major goal and concerns.
While other birds will give up at the sight of a storm, the eagle will naturally see that storm as an opportunity to soar higher and make more positive impact. Other birds fly away from the storm due to fear without even giving it a trial; but an eagle spreads its mighty strong wings and uses the current in the storm to soar to even greater heights. The eagle takes advantage of the very storm that lesser birds fear and head for cover.

Challenges faced in life are many. These are the storm we must face as humans to rise to greater heights. Just like the eagle, we can only rise to greater heights if we take up these challenges head on without running away from it.

Motivation is what I intend to offer on this platform. Life is what I desire to save and not loose. I am an Eagle that built and not destroyed, make and not marred, defend and not offend, protect and not preyed, love and not hatred. In life, I have gone through a lot of ups and downs and my desire is to help others not to go through all that I went through, at least to a barest level.
Yes I agree with the conclusion that life is full of risk and even an eagle (as a bird) knows that as well but yet still a risk-taker. But do you know we can help one another to take calculated risk in order to reduce the rate of damages that might occur if caution is not taken?. Yes, we can.

So let us do it and bring smile to someone's face.
