Kicking off in 2025 as a compact private venture with 3 team members, Polana is powered by a dedicated crew obsessed with blockchain advancements. At the helm is People/Boy-Maas|Boy Maas, our founder with more than 25 years in tech as an R&D specialist in blockchain. He's currently developing #JamZig, a version of the JAM Protocol in Zig, infusing the project with his expertise in scalable designs.
Now, turning to People/Marius|Marius Barends @minigunner, who serves as Head of Community. He's a master community architect with proven skills in blockchain ecosystem building and gamified engagement. Hailing from the Hive blockchain world, Marius carries a wealth of experience in crafting authentic, high-engagement crypto communities that promote lasting, organic expansion.
And last we have our Anonymous #developer who is handling Core Technology on the SVM side. This distinguished blockchain engineer specializes in virtual machine architectures and protocol development, currently building the functionality for Solana smart contracts to run natively on the Polkadot Virtual Machine (PVM). This Dev brings deep SVM knowledge, mastering its instructions, execution, and performance, with a focus on optimization and full compatibility for Solana programs. The Developer has chosen anonymity while laying the groundwork for tapping into Solana's dev ecosystem.
