My current employment as a Moderator for bitdouble. I am doing communicate with all people over the world who come in our site to play game. I give them all information about our site and support. resolve customer complaints via live chat, mail, or social media. Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including: Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers. Create and manage all published content .
My previous job was as a customer manager for DCORP crowdsale ICO.I was helping people how to buy DRP token and others related of their services and business development etc.
I have also experienced a dedicated, helpful Customer Service Representative in the security service sectors. Proficient in prioritizing and completing tasks in a timely manner, yet flexible to multitask when necessary. Enjoy learning new programs and processes. A team player who is attentive to detail and able to work in a fast paced environment. As a Customer Relations Officer I feel that my biggest strengths are great attitude and “one team” approach. My ability to grow better relationship with customers as well as highly motivated to our customers, takes responsibility for their work, can solve complex problems and ensuring focus on the needs of our target audience.
