Hello all,
My name is Ro and I discovered @steemit when I randomly met @jockey
My passion and what I'm good at is anything and everything to do with getting people out of pain, sleeping well and functioning optimally. You could say I'm a big health & wellness person.
In over the decade of working in physical therapy, being a student in several courses, becoming a university lecturer & patient, I've been exposed to all the fads, fictions, and frustrations that come with the important job of taking care of ourselves so I hope to share some of my clinical experience to provide you all with useful information that helps to cut the fact from the fiction so that you can make informed choices about your health as well as providing simple ways to take care of you.
You're the only you we've got so let's take care of you.
I'm currently in Cambodia training locals here, organising volunteer programs and providing clinical services.

(Yes spiritual! Look to my future posts about why traditional health science guy me started seeing the importance of it & realising its an element lacking in our physical therapies & Western medicine)
