My brother, father and sister are all autistic, and I often feel like they're misrepresented in media (to as well as literature but I'm a writer so I did a short story). It was challenging to write because I really wanted it to be authentic, but I did lots of research and got a really good mark for it, so fingers crossed I did what I set out to do.
