I finally decided to take the plunge and create my first post. I registered a while back, in January, but haven't posted since. At the same time, I had launched my website (called The Creators Tribe - hence the title of this post) and it was taking up all my time. So hi everyone, I'm Laura from Romania, very happy to meet you.
I'm a computer engineer with a passion for writing. It took me a while to start blogging. Why? Because so many do it, because no one will read it, because I'm not good enough. The usual, you know. And then I realized...who cares? It's my passion. So I'll go ahead and do it. Those who are meant to read it will read it.
I started by writing what I knew best. Healthy eating and body confidence. Why these topics? Because I suffered from binge eating disorder and I healed. So I have a lot of experience in the area and I want to help women who go through the same thing. Or I just want to help them so that don't get to that point.
Since then my blog theme became broader. I write book reviews, or about travel destinations or whatever other topics I have in mind on a certain day. Looking forward to writing some of these musings here on steemit and reading lots of awesome posts!
