Interestingly, many Western Native Americans use the slang word 'enit,' which kind of means the same as the phrase "You know what I am saying?" However, it is also regularly tacked on to the end of other random sentences and phrases, much like 'init.' Despite their audible similarities and their similar usages, it appears that the two slang terms developed independently.
