After i installed the discord i register my email and password a second later it says something not right i have to type my number to make it sure im a robot when i have to change my location from us to japan it was automatically shut down

Quite strange. I personally only use the browser and not the APP of Discord. try it this way.
I can’t coz when i click the link i have only two options. “I have the app. Open it” and “i don't have the app. Download it”
I closed the page and clicked the link again. Later it went well, maybe that's how it works with you?
