Hello Collins and welcome to hive. I have found the best way to begin to form relationships is to reply to all who comment on your posts with something of interest and substance. When someone comments to you it is an opportunity to create a relationship and a simple thank you will jot do that. You must engage on a deeper level.
Of course you also need to post with interest and a degree of quality so that people looking at your blog will have something worthy of their attention.
