EL ELEFANTE DEL CIRCO:
Carlos era un chico al cual le encantaban los circos, y lo que más le gustaba de estos eran los animales. Una noche le llamó la atención el elefante. Durante la función, la enorme bestia hacía despliegue de su tamaño, peso y fuerza descomunal… pero después de su actuación y hasta un rato antes de volver al escenario, el elefante quedaba sujeto solamente por una cadena que aprisionaba una de sus patas clavadas a una pequeña estaca clavada en el suelo. Sin embargo, la estaca era solo un minúsculo pedazo de madera apenas enterrado unos centímetros en la tierra. Y aunque la cadena era gruesa y poderosa me parecía obvio que ese animal capaz de arrancar un árbol de cuajo con su propia fuerza, podría, con facilidad, arrancar la estaca y huir.
El misterio es evidente: ¿Qué lo mantiene entonces? ¿Por qué no huye? Carlos preguntó entonces a su padre por el misterio del elefante, y este le explicó que el elefante no se escapaba porque estaba amaestrado. La respuesta fue poco convincente y este nuevamente preguntó -Si está amaestrado, ¿por qué lo encadenan? Pero no recibió ninguna respuesta coherente. Con el tiempo se olvidó del misterio del elefante y la estaca… y sólo lo recordaba cuando se encontraba con otros que también se habían hecho la misma pregunta.
Una tarde se encontró por suerte con un anciano, el cual fue lo bastante sabio como para encontrar la respuesta: El elefante del circo no se escapa porque ha estado atado a una estaca parecida desde muy, muy pequeño. Carlos cerró los ojos y se imaginó al pequeño recién nacido sujeto a la estaca. Seguramente en aquel momento el elefantito empujó, tiró, sudó, tratando de soltarse. Y a pesar de todo su esfuerzo, no pudo. La estaca era ciertamente muy fuerte para él. Juraría que se durmió agotado, y que al día siguiente volvió a probar, y también al otro y al que le seguía… Hasta que un día, un terrible día para su historia, el animal aceptó su impotencia y se resignó a su destino.
Este elefante enorme y poderoso, que vemos en el circo, no se escapa porque piensa que NO PUEDE. Él tiene un registro de la impotencia que sintió poco después de nacer cuando intentó poner a prueba su fuerza, y creció pensando que sería inútil intentarlo de nuevo por miedo a fallar. Lo mismo pasa con muchas personas que por temor a fracasar, dejan pasar grandes oportunidades y terminan formando parte del sistema sin saber que dentro de ellos está el potencial para hacer grandes obras y ser bendición para los demás… Desde aquí queremos animarte a soñar y a no ser parte del sistema. TODOS TENEMOS UN PROPOSITO Y MIENTRAS HAYA VIDA HAY ESPERANZA... EXITOS…Se les aprecia...

welcome to steemit. Steemit is not a get-rich-quick scheme as you have to put in a lot of work. Coming into steemit now that things are tough because of RC (resource credit) troubles and low prices might even make things more difficult for you but I don't want you to give up easy.
There are things you must do if progress quickly on steemit as a content creator. Here are my 8 tips for success on steemit.
~ First you have to produce quality content. The community always appreciate and rewards that. Content is king.
~Secondly you have to join communities like STEEM SCHOOL by @dobartim, JOE PARYS ACADEMY by @Joeparys or SUNDAY WAFRO PARTY by @wafrica.
~ Thirdly you have to participate in challenges to get free stuffs to help your journey. The FreeWriteHouse contest by @mariannewest is an easy contest to checkout.
~Fourthly remember to use tags that match your post and also use the Wafrica tag cause they reward quality contents with upvotes.
~Fifthly I recommend you download the Partiko App on play store for steemit cause it will give you a great UX (User experience) and you also earn points for your activities with you can use on your post later as upvotes.
~Sixthly you have to leave quality comments on peoples post as this is a great way to get followers on the platform.
-Seventhly, you should remember to play some games and have fun with STEEMMONSTERS.
