when you are posting you can click on this box and choose to power up 100% instead of the 50/50 option. Not sure if it's the most profitable way in the long run, but it will help you power up faster.

I haven't joined that chat yet but I joined the @minnowsupport group and downloaded the discord app. Follow that page they can help a lot.
