yeah it's some blurt blockchain weirdos, I usually try to counter it, especially when others have voted up a comment so it won't affect their curation rewards. Will wait to vote this a day or two late so I get a curation penalty and others who voted it get some extra rewards rather than losing out to auto downvotes.
