Life is filled with pain and challenges. That's the reality of the human condition and as people we learn to cope with it. Some of us do that better than others, and we all strive to be happy because that's what the world expects of us. Motivational speakers take advantage of those who feel "broken" and searching for ways to live happier. Some of them have truly good intentions and ideas that really help people, while other are mere charlatans spewing garbage ideas and making them sound beautiful.

I do think that we can all find happiness despite our problems whether the be health or economic, or both. But it's harder when you honestly don't feel very good, your smile becomes a mere social one with no happiness inside. It find it's a daily struggle to keep that positive outlook, but it's worth it. Keep up that faith and finding a reason to have a genuine smile, although I know it's not easy to do...
