anyone have any thoughts on this?
i personally chose EOS as my hedge on ETH simply because of the price at the moment but quite honestly i will probably end up doing both to some degree. the potential return on either are pretty good right now in my opinion.
anyone else hedge investing into ETC or EOS and if so why did you chose what you did?
also, do any of you think there is a better option than the two mentioned above and if so please enlighten us!
I doubt ETC has any future at all, with the lack of developers on the platform. EOS is a decent choice, but still quite early in development. Could be great, but probably not any time soon.
I personally like STRATIS as ETH hedge, a bit of a middle ground between ETH and EOS.
you know, i thought the same about ETC but it keeps not going away and out of nowhere it seems, Huobi picks it up boosting it further. made me reconsider a bit.
STRATIS is for sure a good one. for me, it being kind of a middle ground like you said i always just assumed the relationship between ETH and STRATIS to be less extreme in the sense where STRATIS going up in volume may not negatively effect ETH. to me they have a reasonable chance to coexist while EOS and ETC on the other hand are are more direct challenges to ETH's success.
i could be wrong though, and probably am, ha. but you are completely correct in saying STRATIS is a good hedge and honestly may even be a better one at the moment considering it is pretty well established.

Good question. But I am puzzled by the answers. This implies I have no idea at all about cryptocurrency. Bad, not good, out-of-date. What to do? Read more of what I don't understand?!
