Disputes are never good for the team....for the e'spirit de corp. Bleujay thinks a competition of some kind perhaps a ship race or schooner race or even a foot race...hehe. Anyway...How about a race between the two perhaps with the crew of their choosing. The race must be entered into with the promise that the outcome will end the dispute...Does that ever work?
