Investx is a new type of crowdfunder. Using a legal contracts framework at the cutting edge of fintech, smart contractswill transact deals on our crowdfunding platform. This will reduce costs and complexity for the businesses raising fundsand give transparency, security and value for investors. We like businesses with proper track records: Investx’ primary focus is on more mature businesses requiring an injection of funds to allow growth and increased profitability (“growth businesses”).
