Yep ... I had an issue with the conformation mail, contacted the exchange and it was resolved.

I emailed you with a problem. I deposited 0.043 BTC into the wallet, and then used 0.029 to buy HIVE. And the rest of the BTC was gone (0.014 BTC). And its not on pending orders, and its not in my wallet funds. I see $0 balance. It has dissapeared. This happened 3 or 4 hours ago.
Can you please release this 0.014 BTC to my account please?
