in #ios6 years ago

Do you know an easy way to record calls on iPhone perfectly without having to use any 3rd party applications or jailbroken? The steps below will not only help you record the call, but also save and share recorded calls as audio files.

Before proceeding, you should note that in accordance with the law you must notify the person you are calling or receiving the call that the conversation is being recorded by you. In addition, in order to be able to perform call recording this way, you need to successfully install the voicemail service (voice mail) with the phone number attached to the device.

In fact, you will be using the merging a call that you are making with your voice mailbox itself. In other words, you will make a conference call between the person you are calling and your own voicemail. After the call has ended, the voice recording will appear in voicemail. Specific steps are as follows:

  1. Open the iPhone app and make phone calls as usual.

  2. Explain to the caller that you are trying to record voice content. You may also want to let the caller wait a bit while you perform the call mix operation.

  3. Click the "Add Call" button then enter your own phone number. After successful import, the content of the call will be sent directly to your voicemail.

This method works perfectly regardless of whether you use the visual voicemail service (VVM) or not. But if you want to save and share voicemail to a file in the normal audio format then you must have the VVM function and have Make calls to your voice mailbox itself.
