this is a very interesting development for ireland. Ireland has been positioning its self as a financial service global leader and if we could move fast on with blockchain it would give Ireland Inc and incredible advantage.

      the only problem is - will action be taken? I think some pressure needs to be put on, Deloitte might just be the people to help with that :-)
